Dr. Wolfram Vogel
Dr Wolfram Vogel is an expert in energy markets and industry throughout Europe and specialises in government relations and regulatory affairs. Previously, Wolfram was Director of Public & Regulatory Affairs and Communications of the European Power Exchange, EPEX SPOT, a Deutsche Börse subsidiary. At the same time, he worked for a number of organisations in the energy sector worldwide and is well connected in the industry. Prior to this, he acted as a researcher and consultant at the Franco-German Institute in Ludwigsburg, where he managed numerous projects. Moreover, he ran its Paris office from 2007 to 2009. Wolfram studied politics at Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, the Paris Institute of Political Studies, and Mannheim University, where he holds a PhD from.

Mag.a Anna Kasten
Mag.a Anna Kasten joined Wolfram Vogel Advisors in 2006. She specialises in European lobbying and, in particular, in the platform economy, mobility, transport and infrastructure. Previously, she worked at Austria’s permanent mission to the United Nations in Geneva as well as the Brussels office of the Austrian MEP Christa Prets. Anna Kasten studied translation and interpretation at the universities of Vienna and Las Palmas and completed a business intelligence course at the Institut des hautes études de défense nationale in Paris.

Raoul Negri
As a junior consultant, Raoul Negri has been in charge of monitoring politically relevant developments since 2018. He specialises in in-depth research, as well as in analysing and editing intelligence as seen from the clients’ perspective. His work forms an important part of the foundation of every public affairs strategy: A precise and thorough understanding of the subject matter is the basis for successful lobbying. Prior to his current position, Raoul worked for the Ministry of Labour in Luxembourg. He holds a master’s degree in European and international politics from the University of Innsbruck.
